Hey there, it's Christian here. Welcome to this free Embodied Speaking training. In just a moment, we're gonna get started. But before we do, I just wanted to set a bit of context for this training and what you're going to be watching and experiencing. At a recent Leadership Mastery event, Daniel and I had the spur of the moment decision to demonstrate what Embodied Speaking could do for the facilitators we had at the live event. Now, because of the spontaneous nature of this demo, we didn't have time to have it all perfect with the lights and the videos and all of that. So forgive a few audio

hiccups here and there. We decided to get it all subtitled so you can read what's happening. 'Cause even though it wasn't the perfectly captured webinar that I would have dreamed of having, it definitely captured an incredible transformation with the live audience member that spontaneously agreed just minutes before to say, "Yeah, I'll volunteer." And you can actually see Daniel just taking him through a journey of before and after, and it really is special. All right, with that said, let's get straight into the free training as you'll be joining Daniel and I at the beginning of this demonstration. I found it so hard to fill seats at

s- my seminars, at my workshops, because I didn't know how to articulate what it is that I do. I knew what I did had value, but I didn't know how to convert that value into an actual message without it being salesy and weird and, eh, funky. And I remember the first time I was in front of camera and I was asked to do a few clips. And j- they said, "Just record some wisdom." And I looked at this black hole of a camera and I just froze. I literally didn't know how to bring what was inside of me out in a way that felt cohesive.

It sa- seemed easier when I had an audience and people were asking me questions. But to suddenly say, "Go. Be clear. Be profound," I found that almost impossible. So I literally had to learn the skills over the last 15 years to be in front of camera, to speak from stage. And now when I do it, you know, I get the compliment often. It's like, "Oh, you seem so natural. This seems to be a skill that you must have always had." And it actually wasn't always that way. I've actually had to work really hard for it. But the good news about that journey is that I've

learnt what it takes from not being very good on stage and being very unclear and being very frozen, especially in front of camera, and then being able to turn that into a, a, a asset that has created this retreat center, that has allowed Heart iQ to go on the map, that's allowed me to fill seminars and fill what it is that I love to do. I couldn't imagine not doing what I love. What I'm doing even this week with you guys is a profound privilege, but it's a privilege that has come as a direct result of me being able to communicate what's inside of me

to you. Somehow you've heard my message and it's resonated enough for you to commit time, energy, and money to be here. And for that, I'm grateful. But I'm grateful more for the time, energy, and work that went into my embodied capacity to speak my message clearly. So I'm thrilled that I get to share a little bit about that with you tonight and offer you the same inspiration that was offered to me. And I wanna introduce this beautiful man who I've partnered with in this work. And there are very few ways or reasons why I ever wanna partner with people. I'm actually quite a solopreneur in

a way. I don't like other people messing up my shit. That's the judgment I have. I have a story that somehow if I can do it better alone, I'd rather do it alone. Why collaborate if I don't have to? And yet, when we did our first Embodied Speaking Retreat earlier this year, there was such a clear, oh my God, this guy brings something that I can't bring and don't bring, and the combination of that is something that is profound. And I wouldn't want to do this on my own. I was thinking to myself, "Hmm, Embodied Speaking Training. Is that something that's my purpose? Is that

my deepest calling?" But I wouldn't feel that that would be something I would, would feel passionate about if I was doing it on my own. But in connection with Daniel, there is a synchronization of gifts where I bring the subtle energetic emotional dynamics that occurs when people get on stage or in front of camera and they get blocked in contraction, where they freeze because of their own fear of not being able to transmit what they want, their perfectionism, their own conditioning of the past, their parents or their society telling them that they can't share, they're not okay, they're unworthy. We play small in front of

the camera. We play small when we wanna get our message out there. So kind of like my job in this duo is to help people That's Siri. Yeah, thanks. My job is-

Just a moment. Okay, let's hear People by the 1975.

Oh, is it really gonna start playing some music? Oh my God. That's hilarious. My, my, my job in the duo is to feel into where people have these blocks, these kinks, where the energy isn't flowing in their body, to bring them into deeper authenticity, to reveal the strategies, the behaviors, the contractions, and the shapes they've held as habits throughout a lifetime of conditioning that has held them back and made them smaller than they really are. And then using the mat work and the sacred circle work to help them come alive in their full authentic expression. And then this guy manages to somehow take what it

is that you do and put it into a structure and put it into a clarity that just goes, "Holy moly, that sounds really good." Like literally being able to translate the essence of what you do and put it into words. Now, that's really important for industries like, or companies, or organizations, or passions like what we're into. So often when we try to sell ourselves, if we're coaches, if we're healers, if we're facilitators, it's easier to sell somebody else. It's easier to talk about something else, an object, a car, a gadget, a phone. But when it comes to something that's dear to us, what is really

precious and often difficult to describe because it's consciousness-based, it's transformational-based, suddenly we, we get all flustered. We don't know how to shape our, our, our offering in a way that goes, "Oh, there it is," and everybody instantly gets it in like three minutes. That's an art to do that.

I'm not just excited, but I also feel there's so much I wanna pack into this. So we have only an hour together, and the best way to share some of what we're doing in the Embodied Speaking Mentoring and Coaching Program, bit of a mouthful, but later on you'll understand why it's got this big title, is to demonstrate a bit later on stage with an example. we, we had one volunteer that was asked on the way in if he would be willing to be a guinea pig, and I will give him a spontaneous task, which will be pretty straightforward, and hopefully I can demonstrate that

with some mini tweaks, a little bit of structure, the same message will land with much higher impact. And ultimately, that's the, the whole vision with what Christian and I are putting together. How can we help each and every one of you, whatever it is you want to express, to do in a way that it lands with any audience, large and small, one-to-one, one to small group, one to large audience, and also to camera, which is a totally different skill. Christian left it out, but he's done over 3,000 videos in his career and got really good at speaking to the black hole, which is really key

as a skill. I've done a lot more work on stage. I became, ... And it, it's a bit of a, it's, it's, it's a great thing, but it's also a bit of a terrible thing. I spent 10 years of my life becoming a master salesman. I spoke on stages around the world selling my products and services. I learned to find language that really bypasses our filters, human ego, wounded hearts, contractions in body. I found ways to elegantly speak so that people will not reject the message before it even comes. And I honed that skill to a level where I worked with hundreds of business owners

from all different industries and helped them do that. Now, our mission now is to only help people who are into healing and awakening, who help with the raising of consciousness. 'Cause I actually feel the gift is too precious to just help somebody sell more widgets of something that nobody needs, which I honestly helped too many people do for too long.

Mm.

So this is a clear calling for me. I, I used to run, public speaking workshops, public selling workshops. I trained with some of the best companies in the world, and I only do this because I work with Christian. I have no interest to run solo retreats and share that skill. But the two times we did it, we literally did one and said, "Let's see." We did a second one, and we said, "If, if that is good again, let's talk about doing this properly and seriously." And they were both incredible. And I don't mean incredible just from our enjoyment level, but from the impact. People

really nailing the message, going out of this room ready to share with the world what it is they got. And this is one of the hardest things to translate concisely who you are, what do you do, who do you do it for, and what do you want them to do next? And you sometimes only have three minutes or you got maybe 90 seconds. Now because I trained so many people, I've seen-- I would've been absolutely stupid if I didn't catch certain recurring themes and clues. So just over time, by listening again and listening again and training and coaching and teaching, I found out certain structures.

And Christian used that same structure for some of the New Eden website now, and it's like it just nails... What it does, it addresses the questions in the audience's mind before they even ask the question. So I'm avoiding any resistance come up by mind reading in a simple way, going to left brain first, then covering the right brain questions, then building connection, then building my stall, you know, what have I got, and then ending with a clean and clear invitation to the next step. And you can use that for presentations, keynote talks, workshop structures, 'cause it's all the same thing. If you teach five minutes

or an hour, it's the same structure. I believe what we put together as a program doesn't exist anywhere in the world. Not just because the two of us are running it, we're such a unique combination of the 3,000 video work plus all the stage work. Christian's done a ton of stage work and seminars and workshops. And his subtlety, this is why I love working with him. I can pick up language barriers, structure barriers, illogical things. I'm very acute in that. But then he picks up some of the energetics where I'm like, "Oh yeah, your throat chakra, and if the con- you know, contraction here," and

he would do a little magic and boom, bah, it comes out. I have no training in that realm. So together it just, it, it's so potent, and I, I love it. I enjoy it a lot. And that means for you an opportunity if, if you feel called to bring your message in a better way. So it's not a... I used to run all kinds of versions, three-day boot camps, five-day boot camps, seven-day boot camps. You know, it takes a few days to practice and instill these kind of new imprints and, and repetition is literally The mother of all skill in that way. But what we

realized that in these last two retreats we ran, these public speaking retreats, which were tremendous, and there's even some people who have been to the first one, which was a bit rough around the edges. We told them it was rough around the edges, so. So we realized that we spent too much time during the, retreat teaching structure, tweaking the talk, coming up with that. So the new idea, and what we're launching, for, for 2020 and beyond, is to have an eight-week mentoring and coaching program. That means six weeks online where we prepare, where you learn the structure every week, a piece of lesson

a bit of homework. Piece of lesson, piece of homework. So by the time you come to the retreat, you will have the best version of your talk, speech, or presentation, and then we go to work. And by the way, this is not just an online lesson. There will be lessons released, you learn. The week after, we coach. And every person who comes to the live retreat will get coaching live on the call. So you will have six, seven opportunities of coaching before you even show up. And then we show up in the room pumped, ready with our speech, talk, presentation, and then every day we'll

be on stage and on video. And by the end, the goal is that you're ready with the presentation to go out and the video ready recorded to put on your website or social media, whatever you choose to do. Or multiples. Depends on your working style and time available. For that reason, the retreat is limited to 18 people. We worked out the time, how much time we need for every single person, so this will be small, intimate. I used to be part of speaker trainings with 3, 400 people. It works for the event personal sales demo. Right? It works really well because the more people, the

more money. But it doesn't work that well in truth because you wanna be really always directed and coached and tweaked and mentored with a small audience directly here. So I would love to go to this demo piece that I spoke about. a person from the audience that we assigned this task on the way in. He doesn't yet know what it is we want him to do. but I would like just write a few things on this flip chart. I love flip charts.

He's a structure guy.

Ah, yes. Flip charts. And literally, I wanna write a few things down that I want him to share with us in a concise, informative manner. And those things are quite simple. I will write them down in a second so he's got some references. Pretty much, who are you? What have you got? And how can you impact or change my life, and what should I do next if, if I feel a resonance with your message? And I just let him free roll. He might already be prepared. Who knows? He might be, having been to other speaker trainings, has got his own version of it. And then

my attempt is to demonstrate a structure. And we have structures for all the little pieces. For an intro, for a, a, an outro, for the middle piece. But this is just a little demo. How might structure and tweaking the order or adding a word or taking words away change impact? And you are our live proof audience. I'm not gonna tell you it's better. I'm not gonna say, "Listen to me. I've done this 10,000 times." You will check in your bodies if there is an improvement, if anything actually changed. If it didn't change, then it's pretty pointless having me as your coach or mentor because if

there's no change in impact, there's no point changing words. But if you actually feel, "Oh, wow, I get that," there is a difference. And just sharing the structure, and maybe me, I might even take some of his words and put them in my own words and just see if that resonates more. And it's not so much only about resonance, but did I avoid certain warning flags, certain words that would normally immediately bring up resistance, sales resistance, pitch resistance? We have all sorts of blocks against any message or preaching or missionary putting down anything into our lives. So that is the next part. Let's do it.

Great. So a bit of stage space. And, the person of choosing, is Jochen. So please, Jochen, come up to the stage. If you... So, what is relevant if somebody has a couple of minutes? I don't want it to be a long presentation, but in two... One minute, two minutes, 90 seconds, I want us pretty much to cover, so who are you? What have you got? Actually, before that even, why? Why do we care, right? Because people say, "Here is who I am. Here's all the things I've done." If I cannot produce any relevance so that you don't know, why should

I care? This is one of the first pieces to bring. I shouldn't even give you that, my structure. I should let you fail and crumble. But okay. Who, why, what? Then it's, if you want, how are you doing this, right? If you say, "I'm a coach, a consultant," people wanna know how you bring in this piece, how you give me success. Then there's another piece. Who for, right? So this is the kind of, who is your avatar? Who is your client? Who are you doing this for? And then the last thing would be what I call classically the call to action. Go to the back.

Call me up. Speak to me after the break. Pick up my brochure. Buy my book. Click here. Sign up on my website. Whatever that might be that is relevant for you. You good with that? Sweet. You're a brave man.

Thank you all for being my audience and giving me a chance to, to try this out. My name is Jochen. And, in 2014, I decided to start my own company. And as it goes well, you start your own company because you think you can do things better than they have been done in the surroundings you've been in. You also do it because you want to make your own decisions. You're smart enough, you're ballsy enough, you know how to do it, and you want to take your life into your own hands. And as, as if that wasn't enough, in 2014 also my wife decided to

jump in with me. So we started our own company. Put in loads and loads of work. Worked night and day. during... When we washed the dishes, we even did brainstorms. Well, we were so involved with our company, and then came two years later, the summer of 2016.

And all of a sudden, two hours after waking up, I had my bags in the trunk of, of our car, my two daughters in the backseat, and I left to my mom. And we really... What happened was that we hadn't noticed that in this process of being an entrepreneur, and in this passion of building our company, we lost sight of each other because we had lost sight of ourselves. And that's taken us about three years to get back in touch. And now we're starting our own company. We're starting our own company again, and that's Shots of Ginger. And what we want to do there

or what we're doing there is we're offering entrepreneurs who have followed their passion but don't want it to be so destructive on their personal lives, as that's been with us, and as we see it with a lot of other entrepreneurs, to pick it up and to start connecting with themselves through connecting others. Because we don't believe that you can be coached in doing this. No, you're an entrepreneur. You want to take things in your own hand. So what we're doing is we bring you in contact with other entrepreneurs as a learning community.

So just pause for a moment. Good. Just take a breath. Just breathe with us. Good. All right. So I've got a question for the audience. How many of you are wanting to know what he does and why he does it a little bit sooner? Raise your hand if you're longing just for a little bit of a punchier, "Just lay it out. Just tell me what you bring." Yeah? So that feedback tells you that there is a brevity issue.

Yeah.

That means it's going on too long. Not to say that your story isn't welcome, but there's something missing at the beginning that would help make people understand easier, then relax to be able to listen to your story. What is it you do? So you help entrepreneurs create a business so that they don't burn out, or that they don't sacrifice their personal life. Is this a coaching business?

No. It's not about coaching. It, it's about discovering how you can ma- make your life as an entrepreneur less destructive on your personal life and relationships.

It's a lifestyle business in a way. Lifestyle coaching.

Yeah.

For the entrepreneur.

Yeah.

Okay, cool. And, how do you do that? I mean, what's your... Is there a process that you practiced or worked with?

Well, we've developed three different things. One, and that will be the basis of what we do, are small tribes of entrepreneurs of five people who go on a journey of about a year. Another one is deep dive events-

-huh

... where we put you into connection with others so you can explore a different level.

-huh.

And thirdly, it's online programs.

So who is this ideally for? Who is your client, your perfect client?

Well, I mean, now that this is specific enough because we've been arguing about this quite a lot over the last couple of months. but in a way, it's every entrepreneur of a small-medium enterprise, who is also a founder and still active in his own company.

Okay.

And who is-

Well-

Yeah

... who have you helped already? Give me one example of an entrepreneur you actually helped.

one example is, is actually a couple, just like us, of entrepreneurs who have their own, own company together.

Mm-hmm.

-

And give me another example. So this is, like, one of the smaller couple business. Have you worked with a bigger business? You spoke about small, medium sized enterprises.

Yeah, yeah.

Okay. So you worked with-

Or up to 60 people.

Okay. Sweet. Okay, cool. And, that's pretty cool. Yes. Okay. So what is your company called?

Shots of Ginger.

Shots of Ginger. Great. And you're the founder of this? Yeah.

Yeah. Mm-hmm.

And you created a process? Have you written a manifesto, a book, a report, anything people can find out more about this?

Well, we have the website online, but it needs to be, be tweaked-

Okay

... because it's an evolving-

Okay

... process.

Sweet. Great. Okay. So what I would like to do, I'll give you a little bit of a structure, and I will also then literally impersonate you by pretending I'm you, using your information, putting into structure to just see if we can get more flow out of that. Does that sound okay?

Perfect.

Sweet. So one way, and I call this piece the Instant Authority Formula, right? This is from the time when I gave everything a marketing name. But whatever it is, the point of this little piece is that very quickly people get a sense of his authority, know what he's doing, and build trust. So the first way we do that, the first question in the audience's mind is literally, who are you and why should I give a damn or why should I care? So the who are you, we cover up with beautiful things like name, makes sense, right? So you say who you are. You then use

beautiful words like founder, creator, author

My name is Jochen. I'm the founder of Shots of Ginger, and I'm the creator of the three-step process to allow entrepreneurs to build the life they want while not sacrificing their family life and lifestyle. Bang, intro done. I'm also the author of the report Six Simple Ways to Improve Your Lifestyle While Building a Business That Has Impact. I'm making this up as we go along, but you can see by using the word author, creator, founder, immediately something drops in our left brain thinking, "Wow, he knows what he's doing." It's just these words create gravity, right? And you are the founder of your thing. You are

the creator of your website. So the... It doesn't have to be, "I founded the States of America," right? It's, it's just, it's simple. You... Bang. So here is then the next piece people wanna know. What's in it for them, right? So there's something which I normally call the, the, the, the strapline, the promise. The promise is simply a summary what I said, "I help entrepreneurs do this by, by doing that." Even that has a mini structure which is who you're doing it for, how you're doing this, what is the outcome, and the method I already defined, right? And normally I use a verb

an action verb. So this will be, "We're helping," who? "Small and medium-sized enterprises," do what? Outcome. "Live a balanced lifestyle," how? "Using our unique approach." And of course, you put some more tweaks to that, but that immediately sounds like, "Wow." Who do we do it for? What do we do? How do we do it? And what's the outcome? And now people know within 30 seconds, max 25 seconds, if you're in or if you're out. If you're not an entrepreneur and you don't wanna know about lifestyle businesses, you can check out and leave the room. But if you are, you're gonna be like, "Oh, this is

for me. Let me come to the edge of my seat and pay attention the next piece." Yeah? So you can do a version of that in just a minute. The next thing to build authority, very, very simple, is how long. This symbolizes a clock, right? So how long have you done it? This symbolizes numbers. How many people or businesses have you helped? And then it's a very important thing. I call this the A to B, which is not just the transformation you achieve, but this is what I call is set out the range. Who do you help? "Oh, what we do is great for every

business." If you're too general, you, y- you, you n- you don't hit anybody, right? If you say, "We're for everybody," you're for nobody. So what we're doing here with A to B, and this is why I asked you earlier, give you an example. How long have you been operating the business?

about five years.

Okay.

And Shots of Ginger is past six months. Four months.

Yeah, I would stick with the five to six years, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I started my business yesterday. - I haven't helped anybody, but I really hope you're gonna be my first client, right? So how many people would you say have you helped or attempted to help in that time?

I guess somewhere close to 150.

That's great. And then the A to B is really key. I said, "We work with business owners all the way from a couple like me and my wife, two people trying to make their own way and build their vision, all the way," and remember, I'm using the stage space, "from here to here." Jochen did w- a lot of what I call aimless wandering, right? He was like, "I'm doing this, I'm doing that." The stage has got a very distinct center, which is here, which is the present, which is me walking now, and it's got a range. It's got a past over here, and it's got

a future over here. Now, if you're anything to do with timeline coaching, you know that I had to reverse this for me so it works for you. Because my left is obviously my past, but I trained myself to say this is my past because it's your past. Otherwise, you're gonna be confused. So A to B. I'm using the range. So we help people, or our clients range all the way from just couples like me and my wife starting small businesses and running a lifestyle business, all the way to small to medium-sized enterprises, 50, 60 employees. And what we do with those people is very simple.

So you tell me also what you transform in them. So now I'm in the audience realizing, "That's for me. I'm in between those two." And if you're not, you're like, "Okay, it's not for me. I'm out." But now you specified, and the idea of range is that you include people. We work all the way from to. So we're creating a range, a from to range. Does that make sense? Sweet. So that's also then results. There could be a piece which talks about the method, and you, I asked you what do you provide, right? And you can bring this in here. So we help people all

the way from the one, two people business, and all the way to the s- medi- medium size. And they said, "We do this through our unique coaching programs, our deep dives, and our online mentoring." So bang, bang, bang. We have three things and this is really, oh, now they know how you achieve results. Done. Don't go into detail. The six-week coaching program, let me read out exactly all the benefits you get. On week one, we do thi... No way, right? It's just like let them know you've got tools, and just drop them in casually. The men- you do the deep dive, you do-

Tribes.

Oh, yeah, the small tri- Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah. So instead of just saying we do the tribes, I said, "Over the last five years, we worked out three distinct ways to help these people the best way. One of them is our small tribes of five that we do in a 12-month program. The other way is deep dives-" Which people absolutely love, and actually my wife and I love those the best because we really get into the nitty-gritty with people. So I put a bit of emotionality into deep dive. Or the online program, which is really great, you know, for, you know, anywhere in the world

or whatever you bring. Bring one benefit with every one of those, and we're done. And then we move to this beautiful piece called call to action. Now, here is one piece which is really key. When you say we work all the way, and let me just demonstrate it. I said, "Oh, we work with couples, and we work with small-, medium-sized enterprises." How much more powerful is it if I make this into a real person? Real. For example, we recently worked with a couple, John and Judy. John and Judy used to be in a corporate game, and they really worked hard, and they had this dream

of building their own life, and they thought that building their own business is really easy. They almost failed and burned out. But using our simple approach and on the second deep dive, they really got it, and now they're living their life they want. They're not just making the income. They're spending time with their kids, do the holidays. You bring something intangible to this real story. Yeah? So now we don't just have that, and then we create some reality around this. There is some subtleties which we can talk later. And then it's the call to action. I like to call it today the invitation. So what

would be the best invitation you could speak to this audience? By the way, there might be people right now in this audience who could benefit from your service. Do you believe that there are some people in this room who could benefit from you and your wife's business expertise and s- skills? I do think so, yeah. Great. So it's your job to let them feel that. Otherwise, they won't. They won't even know what you do, right? So this is the skill. So the call to action, what would be the best invitation? To speak to me after this- Great... presentation. Sweet. So how would you bring

that piece? Well, if you want to find out more, feel free to come up to me after this presentation. Sweet. Simple, nice invitation. I have some wording that I, that I use, which I quite like. if you wanna achieve results like John and Judy, or if you're interested at all, or if you know of anybody who might be interested, 'cause that removes the direct pitch. If I said, "If you want more information," like, hey, is he talking to me? I'm not sure, right? So the words I use is what I call a third-party close. If you happen to know of anybody who might be

interested in creating a business that creates not just lifestyle and freedom, but the income you desire, please speak to me after the break. Now I removed it. Who do you think of? Yourself first, yeah? But I made the third party question to bypass that. If you happen to know of anybody is the words. If you happen to know of anybody who might be interested, I invite you to speak to me, and I would love to give you my card, and who knows what happens next. Thank you so much for your time. Right? Something like this. So now come your task. Because your presence on stage

is, is beautiful, and you come across very clearly. But you started with your story. Where do you think your story fits in, in this structure, given what Daniel's just shared? Well, it fits in going from A to B. It could, it could do, yeah. It could be a little bit there. And you could literally go through this entire structure and literally after you've spoken to the A to B, before the call to action, that could be where your story starts. Absolutely. In other words, how long do you think that first part from name all the way down to A to B would take? I mean

we've spent a little bit of time decompressing it, but if you nail it, how long is that in terms of time? Under a minute. it's- Well, that's pretty fast. But yeah. Yeah. It- It's almost an elevator pitch. Exactly. Yeah. It is- It's around three minutes, three to five minutes. Yeah. It is, it is an elevator pitch unless, until you put real people into these testimonials. Yeah. And then it's a two to three-minute piece. And then here comes the story. Yes. So today, I'm a successful business owner. I helped all these people change lives, blah, blah, blah, but it wasn't always this way. Let me

take you back to 2014. I'm stage anchoring the past. 2014, my wife and I just spent two years working on our business, slaving away late nights, business plans, strategy sessions, coaching, spent our last money, our last savings, and little did we know that in this time we've actually grown apart. I get goosebumps, man. I'm moved. It's his, it's his story, right? I'm about to cry.

Really a pain. And the worst is we realized that not just did our business not work, our relationship stopped working, which was the first reason in the first place. So I really... I can't tell you how difficult it was the next two years. Lucky we have a great network of friends, and lucky my father, who's a real rock for me, he really helped me at a time of need. But I know not everybody's got that. But in these two years, I learned what it really takes. I'm moving to the present, right? I'm moving from the past. And now I know exactly what it takes to

help an entrepreneur not just live the life of their dreams and get all the fulfillment from their mission and purpose, but to also create a lifestyle that they can enjoy. So if any of what I said resonated with you, if you want results like John and Judy, or if you're running a small-, medium-sized enterprise and really wanna make an impact on the world, or if you happen to know of anybody like that, please come to me after this talk. I would love to hear more about your challenges, and maybe I can help you. Thank you so much for your time. Oh, I feel that. I

feel that. Okay. So, so you wanna give it a go just for fun? Yeah? Sure. Do your own version. So remember name, name of company, founder of Ginger Shot, the shots of ginger, creator of

You know, the web store, all these products. Yeah, co- I'll just let you have a run. How long, how many, A to B, who can you help in the range? if you wanna tell some of the story, but I would say for now, for the quick demo-

Mm-hmm

... it's enough, then do the call to action. And thank you for your willingness. I really appreciate it. This is really leaning far out.

My name is Jochen. I'm founder of Shots of Ginger, and I've been in business for fi- last... No. Can I restart?

Of course. Yeah. Yeah. And so-

So-

Great. By the way, immediately more impact, right? Yeah. Bang, Jochen, founder of Shots of Ginger, and we help business owners create a li- you know, your promise. Quick, give me the why do I care? I don't care how long you're in business. I wanna know what you can do for me.

Okay. Good evening. My name is Jochen. I'm founder of Shots of Ginger, and I'm a mentor to entrepreneurs, CEOs, and a facilitator of groups of entrepreneurs. We enable at Shots of Ginger entrepreneurs to, make their doing business less destructive on their personal lives.

Mm.

Well, we've been doing that for about the last five years. and guess we've helped about 150 to 200 people, mostly entrepreneurs.

Just pause for just a moment. You're doing amazing. Remove the abouts and the ambiguity of your words. So it's not about five years. It's not about 150.

Yeah.

More certainty. Thank you. Go ahead.

A bit better. Back up from the beginning.

Yeah. Yeah.

Good evening. My name is Jochen. I'm founder of Shots of Ginger, and I'm a mentor to CEOs and founders of companies and entrepreneurs, and I facilitate groups of mostly entrepreneurs. At Shots of Ginger, we enable entrepreneurs to do business without it being so destructive on their personal lives. Over the last five years, we've been helping about 150 to 200 people, mostly entrepreneurs, in finding that balance between giving it your all, having a successful business, and also being happy in your personal life, having healthy relations, having the time to exercise, to eat healthy, and to enjoy your family life.

Mm.

we've been doing this mostly for startups, scale-ups, couples, and small businesses up to 60 to 100 people. what happens in those processes is so intriguing to see. I remember about a month or three ago when I had Nicholas on the phone. Nicholas is a scale-up founder. And he told me, "Well, Jochen, I'm so happy I can tell this to you, 'cause if I tell this to my wife, she's leaving me." You have to know he was, raising a Series A, and the one investor they were putting all their money on banged out. So he had about a runway of two months left

and five people on payroll. There also were Jo and Rosaline, a couple who have a successful business. Well, he has been nominated for several prizes. And they were unhappy because, well, there was so much in their business pulling their people into doing what needed to be done, and they were doing all the work, and the people were so passive. And after only three days, they came to realize that the tension between them as a couple translated into their company. I saw them a year later, and they came up to me and said, "Well, Jochen, you know, we get so many feedback, so many ideas from

our people that we don't know where to start first."

Mm.

So that's what it, it brings to you as an entrepreneur if you really tap into yourself and focusing on what you can do and motivate other people to help you out. If that's something that resonates with you, or if you know of entrepreneurs who could use a bit of this spice, this ginger in their life, just knock to me or divert them to www.shotsofiginger.com. Thanks for your attention.

Woo.

Amazing. Wow. Wow. So hands up if you felt him more in that second version. There you go. That's the social proof. That was amazing. Truly amazing, man.

Yeah.

Really. Thank you, man.

Yeah.

That was good. Awesome. Ah, awesome.

Thank you.

You're so welcome, man. So cool. So wow, yeah, that was the demo part. Worked out pretty well, I'm glad.

Shit.

That was cool. Thank you so much, Jochen.

Yeah, beautiful.

Wow. Cool. And did you notice something that was fascinating? D- did you notice that his second time with the structure, even though he wasn't fluent with the structure, did you feel his body more engaged and his voice more engaged? Yeah. Because with the structure, it creates automatically a trust in the confidence of what's coming through. And what was added is energetically staccato.

Yes.

Which is more penetrative, masculine force. So in five rhythms dancing, for example, you've got the rhythm of flow, which is more of the feminine rhythm. And when he started with his story, we flowed with him. But the problem with flow is that you won't feel his sense of direction. And you need to feel that first to be brought into attention and to be brought into engagement. So story is a flow. We're moving into his emotional world. But to start there-

Can make us go spacious, and we start to lose track of who is this guy, what is he about, what can he do for me. This provides context immediately around w- what he's bringing to create room for the feminine story flow. He has... You have to husband your own feminine energy, which means you have to create containers, bookends around your emotional flow that you bring into your presentations. So starting with direction and ending with clarity is the bookends that holds and contains beautiful storytelling. But without that, it will feel like a flood. It will wave over. Did everyone feel that?

Yes.

Cool.

I'm just blown away. It is like you did so well.

Mm.

So imagine having done a lot of the prep and structure before you even come, and we can really go to the subtlety, of, of coaching and teaching. there's so many issues that you will never have to encounter. And remember, this is not a pitch. It's just allowing people to know what it is you do. I wanna be crystal clear, none of that is selling. None of that is anything but giving people a clear window into what it is we're actually doing.

I wanna just speak to some of the, exciting parts that we've introduced with this mentoring program. One of the most exciting things that I wanna make sure everyone got, and I'm not sure if you, received that at the beginning when Daniel was talking about it. Did you get that at the end of the live event, you will have been on camera so many times on stage and in front of camera that you'll leave with actual videos of your recorded talks that you will have spent six weeks prior creating so that you will n- not only get the embodied coaching but the structural coaching

that by the time you leave, you can literally paste that onto websites and actually have really professional videos that we record here with beautiful backgrounds, proper mics, proper lighting, beautiful cameras. And you do... You get two videos, one on stage, l- a longer TED Talk with a story, and a very clear three to five-minute front to camera, which is more of this structure, but you walk away with it nailed.

Mm.

And just to come and get a video shot is a very high-value thing to get. But to then get the coaching and the structure to make sure you are really authentic in bringing that through is really valuable as well. I think that's one of the things that makes this thing great, 'cause we've got all the technology, like the cameras, to l- have you leave with something that you can use literally to bring in clients, and you don't have to then pay for a big video studio and not know what you're doing, which is what I did tons of times.

Mm. Same, same. But we also have this amazing idea of an online version of the program. So not only will there be 18 people going through this journey with us for eight weeks, there will be other people who can be the fly on the wall, so they can watch the teaching, but they won't get coaching from Christian and I. But they can still be part of the journey, so they can do their own homework if they want. And even during the live event, they will be getting access to some live streaming. So while you are performing on stage, there might be possibly dozens or hundreds

of people from around the world watching you, the home study students, the online students, who are getting a glimpse of what we do and see us coach, not on their pace, but still super valuable. Because we wanted to make sure it's, number one, an intense program for a few people, but also accessible to many more. 'Cause I know that 18, once we... This is the first time we even speak about this. But once Christian lets his facilitators know, the database know, once I speak to my folks that this program even exists, I know there will be great interest. And we wanna make sure that the

teaching is available, but then there's also the live mentoring. This is why this whole thing is called the Eight-Week Embodied Speaking Coaching and Mentoring Program.

Yeah.

'Cause it's got this whole package together, and there's no shorter way to describe it.

One of the things we noticed as well is the first two times we ran it, we tried to include all the structural teachings and the practice and the coaching all at the same time, and what we saw was actually, if they could all have done the structure before they arrived, and they could arrive ready with their presentations, we could use the entire week for the coaching and the embodiment. So we're not only going to be practicing the camera and the stage work, we're actually going to use the circle work that you know and love and modify the mat work to help people come into deeper

authenticity around their voice and their communication through their bodies so that they're making impact not just with their tonality or their verbalization, but to actually how do they bring their energy, their fire. But also to look at, as I said earlier, we're often restricted and conditioned to close down our full expression. And often when we're on stage and we're on camera, we need to become bigger than what we'd normally be in everyday life. So it's so important that we actually meet the parts of us that are holding ourselves back and creating a stuckness. And what we do then is have that week to do a

lot of good healing work to release some of the blocks to getting our voice out into the world that allows people to trust us. 'Cause any lack of integrity with how you're bringing your voice out with your true heart, anything that's a gap there is felt as a dissonance, and it creates tension. So if you're on stage, and you're feeling nervous, and you're holding tension in parts of your body, and you're speaking from just this part, they will hear the words, but they will feel the, the wall of tension, and your message won't come through. Now, no structure is going to help you release that

tension if it's stuck as a core wound in your body and in your nervous system So what makes one of these programs unique is the combination of that circle work and heart intelligence to open the nervous system and bring you into full energetic flow, then adding the structure. Boom!

Mm.

Now you've got a message that is in integrity with who you are as somebody who has a powerful message in the world.

I wanna add one more thing. As more and more people get what they call hypersensitive, or let's just say the bullshit barometers of us-

Mm

... get all much more in tune, we cannot even go on Facebook anymore without feeling nauseous or sick, because you can smell the bullshit. You don't wanna watch any of these guys who are bringing inflated messages which are not authentic. They don't come from the heart. They're not embodied. So my wish and my prayer is that more and more people learn this art of authentic marketing, if you wanna call it that way. Authentic messaging, I'd like to call it, prefer. And really to bring a message that is clean.

Mm.

And it can only be clean if some of the contractions are released.

Mm.

There's no... I mean, I can motivate and teach people all kinds of things, but if you deep down have a real self-worth issue that hasn't been addressed-

Mm-hmm

... you can talk all day long about how great you are, there will be more and more people, especially if you work in the healing and awakening work, where people are tuned in for that, they can smell it.

Yeah.

So don't try to gloss over it. Clear it and speak from that place, and then we're good. And this is really, where, where I believe there's a uniqueness in this program as well. Hey, guys. I really hope you enjoyed that video. I definitely remember how much fun Christian, I, and the audience had, and of course our case study on stage, how he was delighted with the outcome. So if you feel inspired, click the link below this video. Get to the page where you can see the two options in more detail. Get your questions answered, and I really, really hope to see you at the
