In this gathering, we will guide you through explorations to embrace your full humanity and to claim your authentic expression. You will learn about cultivating meaningful relationships with yourself and others from a place of inner power.
We'll go deeper into exploring your own sensuality and how to use it as a tool for self-expression. Using the power of Heart iQ practices, you will gain understanding of how to cultivate deep intimacy in all aspects of your life. We know that when women feel connected to their body and their expression, they can move with greater ease in the world.
On this journey, you'll also experience the joys of sisterhood. Through being in circle together, we provide opportunities for connection with like-hearted women, healing the fractures of sisterhood and coming home to our collective essence, together.
An exciting aspect of this event is that as the week progresses, we'll slowly integrate our circles with the men who are also participating in their own group sessions with Christian. Witnessing the gradual bonding and ultimate unity of our two fields, coming together as one, is a truly special experience.
This retreat is an invitation for you to liberate yourself from the pressures of society and open your heart to experience a deeper level of connection with other like-minded women. Your Retreat Experience
The focus of the Heart iQ circle journey we will embark on is to get you into your body while simultaneously tapping into a higher state of consciousness by leveraging the power of the amplified field, generated by everyone attending.
The amplified space we co-create in mindful awareness and embodied presence is a brave space for those ready to connect more deeply to the mysterious potential of healing that is possible in emergent group fields.
This space is mostly unknown, we have no idea what will happen between us. And that’s exactly the place where we want to hang out… in this liminal space anything is possible as we set and hold a remarkably potent container where literally anything can happen.
We will travel through lifetimes, other worlds and realities, all in a ritualized space perfectly designed for the emergence of what wants to happen through and between us. It is a transformational multi-dimensional experience unlike any circle you have sat in before.
The work that we do is experiential and on one hand challenging and on another, deeply relaxing and nourishing. This is about getting in your body and connecting to who you really are and bringing forth your authentic expression.
We're here not to play around on the surface, but get to the depths of who you are, what your life is about and what's holding you back from your full expression and leadership. Be prepared to go on a journey of personal exploration, shedding what's ready to dissolve and receive a sacred imprint of what it means to be a conscious, heart connected and sexually vibrant woman.
A big part of the work is around releasing core stress in the nervous system by practicing opening our hearts to other women. When we as sisters can receive each other fully and let ourselves drop into the collective amplified field of sisterhood, something magical happens that simultaneously opens the heart and heals old wounds.
A big part of the retreat is to experience a 'homecoming' and to remember the nourishing and supportive feeling of being part of a tribe of sisters that you can trust and can feel you in ways you may not even be able to feel yourself. You may not realise it yet, but having sisterhood in your life is not just a luxury, but an essential ingredient for successfully navigating your life and relationships.
Connected to this idea of sisterhood is an area that we call 'Tribal Regulation'. This is where a tribe of sisters can support you in regulating your nervous system and come to rest. As a woman, it's likely that you carry stress and old pain in your nervous system as you attempt to meet life alone. In order to open fully, it will be critical to reconnect to other women - as there's something women can provide you that you won't be able to find anywhere else.

Each retreat is unique and emergent in nature. This means we co-create our experience together. That said, there are some core ingredients that you'll receive. Here are a few...
Heart iQ Circles & Mat Work
You'll spend time in sister circles, facilitated by Sylvie, Paulina and Rachel as well as mixed circles with men & women facilitated by Christian, where you will receive new imprints and experience the magic of Heart iQ.
Embodied Connection
Throughout the week, you'll be given multiple opportunities to connect to yourself and others through movement, sound, breath and touch.
Intimacy Practices
We want you to leave with practical take-home practices & tools to apply to your life & relationships.
Tribal Regulation
Many of us carry a subtle core stress, like background static, in our nervous systems and we need to learn how to drop in and relax so that deeper healing can take place.
Temple Spaces & Ceremony
During the week we will occasionally gather in the evenings to experience rituals and ceremonies to heal and honour the tribal union.
Practice with Men
During the week we will participate in special sessions where we practice and connect with the men.
A Special Note About Men in the Space
During Healing in Tribe, you will learn practices to become more open, connected and sexually alive.
Simultaneously, there men on a journey in a different part of New Eden facilitated by Christian Pankhurst and his team.
During the retreat, the groups come together for mixed circle, practice and discovery. This is a perfect opportunity to learn to show up fully as yourself, to explore your radiance and feel deeply met by the whole tribe.

How Does it Work?
Heart iQ Circle Work is what is called a "Transformational Technology".

Meet The Team
Rachel Rickards
Rachel Rickards is an international leader in the field of personal transformation, intimacy, embodiment, and relating. She is a group facilitator extraordinaire, event producer, and a new mother.
In 2014 she and Buster Radvik co-founded Embodied Intimacy, which has become one of the most respected organizations globally that offers trainings and events focussed on intimacy, trauma, relational intelligence, somatic education and community.
Rachel’s newest passion project is “The Field Facilitator Training.” This is a revolutionary new experiential learning environment for upcoming group facilitators who are passionate about creating fields of deep group-heart coherence and learning how to facilitate group soul emergence.
Simultaneously, Rachel has just taken on her biggest project to date as a community builder and visionary of Alma Do Solo. With her partner, Lennart Hennig, she has purchased property and is currently in the developmental and visionary phase of creating a regenerative land, and community eco-village on the Azores islands. Their intention is to give birth to an event and education center with a holistic relationship to death at its core.
Sylvie Fröhlicher
Sylvie is a circle facilitator, embodiment teacher, and Self-Leadership coach based in Amsterdam and Zurich. Dedicated to exploring and navigating inner worlds with loving curiosity, harnessing the wisdom of the body, and creating nourishing and uplifting spaces for expansion, empowerment and play.
She is passionate about empowering women to stand boldly and vulnerably in authentic expression. Her program ‘Reclaim Your Roar’ guides women on a journey of deep inner transformation and realignment, delving into topics like authentic expression, setting boundaries, re-parenting of inner parts, fierce self-love, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting to inner fire.
Sylvie strives to create inclusive spaces where unheard voices can be expressed, igniting social change that starts within ourselves. She’s an avid dancer, yoga teacher and trainer at the Institute for Integrative Body-Psychotherapy (IBP) in Switzerland.
Paulina Bolek
Paulina is an embodied empowerment coach, circle facilitator, and singer-songwriter. With an academic background in Feminist Philosophy and Gender Studies, she passionately empowers individuals to live courageous and purposeful lives.
Since 2016, she’s dedicated herself to coaching and facilitating transformative spaces, fostering authentic self-expression, deep self-connection, intimacy, and embodied fulfillment. Paulina's work is enriched by integrating the alchemical power of music and voice into her sessions.
Incorporating her personal journey as a queer cisgender woman and mother, she anchors her work in heartfelt acceptance of the complexities of the human experience, infusing it with intuitive and deeply embodied energetic transmission.
Actively immersed in the Heart iQ community as an Events and New Eden Retreat Center coordinator between 2017-21, she has been collaborating closely with Christian since 2019, contributing valuable support and co-creating transformative experiences during live events.
Meet Christian
Facilitator of the Mixed Men & Women Circle Sessions
Christian Pankhurst is a world leading expert in group dynamics, conscious communication, and the art of circle facilitation. Christian is a master conductor of the collective wisdom that emerges when resonant hearts come together, and his piercing clarity lovingly cuts through bullshit while he holds a space of unconditional love for what wants to emerge in the now.
Christian teaches how to tap into the power of the collective wisdom or 'field' so facilitators learn how to heal themselves and others simultaneously through a process that is embodied and joyful rather than heady and focused on solving problems.
Christian's unique capacity to translate complex group dynamics into simple, clear and practical insights is the reason why so many seek him out to get trained in the art of small and large group facilitation.
Christian started facilitating groups in 2002 after graduating as a Chiropractor from the AECC in the U.K. His speciality is using a group’s wisdom and energy to open up gateways of transformation that are simply not available in an individual or one-on-one practice.
In 2008, Christian entered and won the Britain's Next Top Coach Competition, receiving 52% of the votes from over 90 countries around the world. He is the best-selling author of Insights To Intimacy - Why Relationships Fail and How To Make Them Work, and is the co-founder of New Eden, a centre for those wishing to grow, co-create and awaken together in community.

The Healing in Tribe Retreat takes place at New Eden, our own dedicated venue located in the Heart of Friesland, Netherlands, surrounded by 50 acres of beautiful forest and nature. It is completely private and is gloriously free from the noise and distractions of modern life.
