The work that we do is experiential and on one hand challenging and on another, deeply relaxing and nourishing. This is about getting in your body and connecting to who you really are and bringing forth your authentic expression.

We're here not to play around on the surface, but get to the depths of who you are, what your life is about and what's holding you back from your full expression and leadership. A big part of the work is around releasing core stress in the nervous system by practicing opening our hearts to other men. When we as brothers can receive each other fully and let ourselves drop into the collective amplified field of brotherhood, something magical happens that simultaneously raises consciousness and heals old wounds.
Practice The Work with Women
During the Embodied Man Retreat, you will learn practices to become more open, conscious and present. Simultaneously, there is a Women's retreat taking place in a different part of New Eden facilitated by Sumir Brown. Several times during the retreat, the groups come together for mutual practice and discovery. This is a perfect opportunity to get high level feedback on how you impact the feminine so that you can upgrade how you show up as a man.

About The Facilitator
Christian Pankhurst is a world-leading authority on heart-centered communication and heart intelligent relationships. He is the creator of the Heart IQ™ Method, a coaching framework that specializes in group dynamics and intimacy development.
Graduating as a Chiropractor in 2002, Christian has worked closely with many world-leading experts in the field of personal transformation. In 2006, after extensive study with mentors from multiple disciplines, he began developing a new approach to coaching individuals and couples that integrates practices from natural healing philosophies, various spiritual teachings, therapeutic psychology, dance and movement modalities, martial arts, embodiment practices, non-violent communication, circling and numerous healing arts disciplines. This grand synthesis provides students with a deep understanding of the human condition and gives them the essential tools they need to help men, women & couples both heal and awaken.
In 2017, Christian worked for 2 years with John Wineland and has been running deep dive mens retreat since 2018.
Christian is also the author of 'Insights To Intimacy' - Why Relationships Fail and How To Make Them Work.
