What is the Embodied Speaking Coaching & Mentoring Program?
The Embodied Speaking 8 Week Coaching & Mentoring Program is your opportunity to raise your public speaking game and multiply your impact in the world. It is a 7-Week Online Course with Weekly Content combined with follow-up coaching plus a Week of Live Mentoring at our own dedicated venue equipped and setup for stage work and video recording.
The program is open to just 18 participants and every single participant will be directly and personally coached on crafting an authentic and effective message and presentation delivered from stage and directly to camera that can be used on your website.
The program is facilitated by Christian Pankhurst and Daniel Wagner, two coaches and mentors who not only have experience in teaching the skills of embodiment and speaking, but have also spent over twenty years of their professional life in the trenches honing their own skills and craft of presenting from stage and to camera.
The program also offers the opportunity for people to participate as an online student with access to the same content and teaching but without the personalised coaching, making it home-study course. This version of the program also gives access to the live week via live streaming to maximise the learning experience.

- An 8 week program consisting of a 7 weeks of online coaching plus a full week of live training and mentoring on stage and in front of a camera. This way, you join the live week fully prepped, ready to go deep and make the most of our time together.
- The program is limited to just 18 hand selected participants (application only). This means that every single participant will receive an equal and ample amount of coaching and mentoring time in the online preparation weeks and our time together at the live event.
- The program is facilitated by two world class coaches with complementary specialist skills and a ton (decades) of industry experience. This will provide you with a unique blend of structure, embodiment skills, stage craft and a deep understanding of group dynamics.
- The program allows for native speakers from English, German and Dutch backgrounds. This means that not only will you be able to prepare your talk or presentation in English and your mother tongue, you will also be able to choose the language of choice for your final recording.
- The live week long training takes place at a venue ready to film, record and broadcast your message from stage and to camera. This means you don't need to hire or pay for expensive and complication equipment and operators and you walk away with your talk and message recorded. (You can even pay our team to have your video professionally edited with titles, transitions and music for a small charge).
- The program includes many templates and scripts to help you get started using a proven structure. However, unlike other programs, we also show you how to move freely within the structure. This means you won't become a public speaking clone and instead will develop your own unique style authentic to your calling and true voice and you can always fall back on the structure whenever it's needed.

From my early childhood in Austria, I was driven by a desire for liberation, freedom and fulfilment. In my early twenties I was drawn to the wisdom of hinduism and started to follow an Indian guru. I lived for many years in various communities focusing on my personal development and path of enlightenment and moved to the UK with my wife and young son when I was 28.
After a series of unfulfilling and underpaid jobs, I started my first successful online business in 2005 and soon became one of the UK's most popular internet marketing teachers and coaches, speaking on many stages sharing my story. 7 x Live Coaching Sessions
Updates from the weekly learning and progress will be shared in our live online coaching calls. The 18 participants of the Full Mentoring Package will receive coaching and guidance from both mentors. If you are one of our online students, you'll be able to watch and learn from the case studies and apply the learnings and insights to your own work.
7-Day Live Event at New Eden
The 7 Day Live Retreat is where you'll be joining your group and your mentors and start to bring your prepared talk to the stage and to the camera. Daily sessions on stage, witnessed by your peers and the mentors and the daily opportunity to present to camera will give you a chance to practice and improve while also learning from your peers. There will also be Heart IQ Circle sessions to help you fully embody your message.

New Eden - the venue of the live week - is equipped with multiple high definition cameras and a stage including professional lighting to allow us to record your talks and presentations. You will also be able to walk away with recordings of your final presentation from stage and your message to video. We even offer an editing service for a small fee should you wish to add titles, music and transitions, etc.
Lifetime Access to Live Event Recordings
The live week will be intense and rich in content and learning. To make sure you can get the most out of the feedback, coaching and learn from your own and your peers' progression, all main sessions are recorded and will be available in the community for you to watch and access. Where does this training take place?
The Embodied Speaking Coaching & Mentoring Program takes place at New Eden, our own dedicated venue located in the Heart of Friesland, Netherlands, surrounded by 50 acres of beautiful forest and nature. It is completely private and is gloriously free from the noise and distractions of modern life.

Our meals are vegetarian and mostly organic, and if you have a dietary requirement you’ll be able to select that when you book your food and accommodation package. There is no extra fee for your dietary option, if you make your request at the time you book. LAST MINUTE dietary requests may not be possible or may incur a small charge.
The prices you see on this page cover all activities, classes, the training experience as well as vegetarian meals at New Eden. Your accommodation is booked separately and is not included in the fee.
All of our rooms come with private bathroom & have a simple design. They are minimally furnished with beds, desk and side tables with lamps.
We supply sheets, bedding and towels. Most of our rooms are double occupancy, but you can upgrade to a private room if you prefer.

Absolutely. It’s actually perfect as you have a lot less of ‘unlearning’ to do than experienced participants and it’s a great way to fast track your learning by going through a structured course and have a week of practice with feedback and coaching.
Yes, we encourage it actually. It’ll be quite a challenge for you to report back and update them after the live event so if you can, bring them along. We even created a 50% discount for business or life partners, just be aware that it will mean you are sharing the time on stage and to camera between the two of you (any way that suits you) so you are in essence taken one of the 18 places together. If you want to bring a business or life partner, then please mention that in your application.
If you are bringing a business or life partner, then this is exactly what is gonna happen. Your coaching time on the online coaching and the stage time and time on camera during the live week are shared (or split) between the two of you.
We will be sending you the high definition recordings of both your final presentations from stage and to video, but they might benefit from some further edits like titles, transitions or a clean intro and outro (we call it top and tail). Should you wish to have the ‘full service’, then please let one of our team know and we can provide this for a small extra fee (depending on what you want).
Well, English is the teaching language and Christian and Daniel are sharing their feedback in English. We had some German and Dutch speakers at our last retreats and it’s possible to translate your talk and do your final presentation in your mother tongue, but to receive feedback you will be presenting and sharing in English.
Yes, you can present and record your final presentation in your native language, but on the coaching calls and during the live week we need you to present in English so that we can give you feedback on language and structure.
Yes, absolutely. We have a ‘fly on the wall’ online version that will get you access to the same coaching content (the 7 week online program) and live streaming access during the live week. With this option we will not be able to receive coaching and mentoring from Christian and Daniel directly, but you will be learning from their feedback as you watch the 18 live students of the program.
Yes, all main teaching sessions are recorded in high definition and are made available to you via the private community for your convenience.
if you are deciding to invest in the full package and be one of the 18 participants of the event, then every week’s session is valuable as you have allocated coaching and feedback time every week. But we understand that life just might get in the way. So don’t worry if you miss a session or two, as all the calls are recorded and made available to you in the private community. If you are on online participant, then you’ll miss the buzz of the live feeling, but you too have access to the recordings.
That is correct. Our full package includes shared accommodation (it’s just two people per room) and you can upgrade your room on request. Please specify this when you sign up.
We believe that especially as an experienced speaker or presenter you will be able to tweak and make valuable adjustments. If you watch some of our testimonial videos, you’ll notice that many of our participants have many years of experience and absolutely loved the coaching and mentoring they received.

Absolutely. The 8 week program is designed to help you speak freely and without notes or scripts. We start with simple and proven structures and frameworks and will practice to move freely within them.
If, for whatever reason, you feel at the end of the program (even after you attended the live week) that you are not 100% delighted and satisfied, we will refund you the whole tuition fee. Just let us know at the end of the program.
No. You don’t have to be a techie to make the most of this 8 week coaching and mentoring program. The fact you are reading this answer on your computer or phone is all the tech skills you need. Our online program is just as easy to access as your facebook account or your email.
Absolutely. Part of the 7 week online coaching program in preparation for the live week is supporting every delegate in finding their message and show them how to deliver it to camera and from stage.
Yes. It’s one of the modules in the 7 week preparation coaching part that will help you get clear on which idea or message to go with. And - once you know the frameworks and the ‘formula’, you can apply it to any message should you want to after the live week.
Absolutely. Many people are sharing a vision or passion from stage and to camera without having anything to sell or offer. We will though, as part of the 7 week online coaching program go through some simple ways how to create your own online products and services, even if you have never done that before.
Well even if you end up just creating videos, the work on stage will be very valuable to stretch your comfort zone and practice your embodiment skills.
The program is designed to support you in both skills, and we believe that even if you are mainly aiming to share your message from stages, the skill to speak to camera (could be for interviews, TV or else) is a very valuable additional skill.
