1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website operated by Heart iQ Network LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to heartiq.org, heartiqacademy.com, christianpankhurst.com, heartiqrelationships.com, and any related domains (collectively, the "Sites"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Program at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. In the event of cancellation by us, we will provide a full refund or credit towards a future Program, at our discretion.

Participation in Programs is at your own risk. You acknowledge that Programs may involve physical, emotional, or psychological exercises and that you are solely responsible for determining your fitness to participate.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and that you authorise us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

Refund and cancellation policies specific to individual Programs, events, or services will be communicated at the time of purchase or registration. In the absence of a specific policy, our general cancellation policy applies.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Sites, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Oregon.
