Three-day live Heart iQ training · No previous experience needed
Change how you meet the people you love
Learn what to do when you shut down, pull away, lose yourself or keep having the same conversation. You practise it live over three days, in a room of people doing the same work, where being met by a group changes what your body believes is possible.
Led by Christian Pankhurst, founder of Heart iQ
Two doors. One room.
How are you coming?
Relating is where the practice becomes real
Understanding your pattern is not the same as changing it.
You may already know why you withdraw, please, perform, defend or go quiet. Then a real conversation arrives and your body does what it has always done.
These three days give you somewhere to practise. You learn to notice the moment earlier, remain connected to yourself and meet another person without abandoning either of you.

Why it happens in a room
The group is not the setting. It is part of what works.
Almost everything you learned about love was learned with other people, and it tends to change with other people too. In a well-held room, something becomes available that is hard to reach on your own. You watch somebody say the thing you have never said, and your own body responds before you have decided anything. You are received by a whole group rather than by one person, and that lands somewhere a conversation cannot reach.
The work also moves towards joy rather than towards pain. These three days are not an excavation of what went wrong in your life. They are a chance to practise what connection feels like when it actually works, clearly enough and often enough that something in you starts to expect it.

Inside the room
A live training you experience, not just understand
Christian teaches a practical piece of relational intelligence, demonstrates it, and gives you a structured way to try it for yourself. You learn by noticing what happens in real time.

A clear teaching gives language to what happens between people.
Christian demonstrates the practice live, so you can see what it looks like before you try it.
Try it on your own, with one other person, or in a small group.
Reflect on what changed and how to carry it into daily life.
What you will practise
Five skills for the relationships that matter
- 01Notice the pattern before it takes over.
Catch the moment your body begins to withdraw, please or defend, while there is still room to choose.
- 02Stay present when a conversation becomes difficult.
Remain connected to yourself as the heat rises, instead of leaving your own body to manage somebody else’s.
- 03Say what is true without attacking or disappearing.
Speak the difficult thing in a way the other person can actually take in.
- 04Hear what somebody is really trying to say.
Listen underneath the words for the need or the fear that is driving them.
- 05Repair connection after something has gone wrong.
Come back after a rupture and let the relationship end up stronger than it was before.
In their own words
What participants say they took home
Nine minutes of unscripted reflections at the end of a Love, Relationships & You training.
“I can’t really remember feeling so joyful before. I’m wide open.”
“It is safe to speak my truth in the moment, and I can rely on my own safety within.”
“I feel really open. It’s like I have love for the whole world.”

Pay from where you are
The minimum is €500 in the Netherlands and $500 in Colorado. If you have greater capacity, you can contribute more and help keep the doorway lower for somebody else.
The minimum makes the training sustainable and includes all meals. If the floor is what you can meet, you are fully welcome.
During booking, you choose an amount that reflects your income, your obligations, and whatever season of life you are in. Give from capacity, never from strain.
Whatever you choose, nobody will question it. You are trusted to know what is honest and workable for you.
The Heart iQ value promise
If it does not give you what you came for, tell us before you leave.
Take part in all three training days. If, by the end, you genuinely feel the experience did not give you the value you expected, speak to a member of the Heart iQ team before leaving the venue. Your full event contribution, including the meal package, will be refunded.
Travel and accommodation are excluded. At New Eden, any room, shared room or camping charge remains payable. The promise applies to the training and meals, and the request must be made in person before you depart.

Questions worth answering clearly
Do I need previous Heart iQ experience?+
No. Love, Relationships & You is designed to be a first live Heart iQ event. Christian explains each practice before you begin, and the facilitation team is present throughout the training.
Can I come because I want more community in my life?+
Yes. LRY is relationally themed, but it is not only for people focused on romance. Many people come because they want more honest friendships, a stronger relationship with themselves, or the experience of being part of a real and connected group.
What actually happens in the room?+
Christian teaches live, then you practise on your own, in pairs, in small groups and sometimes with the whole room. There is reflection, movement, conversation and time to integrate what you are learning.
Will I have to share something personal?+
Every exercise is invitational. You can pause, or simply watch, or step out at any point. Clear agreements and a trained facilitation team support the room. You remain responsible for choosing what feels right for you.
What is included in the contribution?+
The minimum contribution is €500 in the Netherlands and $500 in Colorado, per person. The training and meal package are included. Accommodation is additional.
