Professional facilitator training
The Heart iQ Academy is where coaches, therapists, circle leaders and experienced practitioners learn to hold this work for others. The training is lived as well as studied, because the depth you can accompany begins with the depth you have met in yourself.
A four-minute introduction
Christian describes Heart iQ Circle Work as a place for personal transformation, relationship practice, group regulation, community and liberation. The Academy trains facilitators to recognise those different layers and meet what is actually happening in the room.

Learning through immersion
You learn from inside the work: receiving the processes in your own body, watching experienced faculty facilitate them up close, and studying the choices that shape a safe and coherent group arc.
That makes the training personal and professional at the same time. Your own material is welcome, while the focus remains on the judgement, practice and responsibility required when another person places their trust in you.

Each immersion is complete in itself. Choose the room that is closest to the work you already do, or to the work you feel called to hold next.
Healing and corrective experience
For practitioners called to guide deep healing work in groups. This immersion centres on encounter work, meeting unmet needs, corrective experience and the care required to bring a room safely back from depth.

Shadow and the living group field
For practitioners learning to guide shadow work in groups. The immersion brings together embodied inquiry, Heart iQ circle technology and the craft of reading what is moving through the wider room.
Explore Somatic Shadow & Circle WorkA live immersion stands on its own. Where an online practicum is offered, completing both the live immersion and its practicum earns the specialisation badge. A practicum on its own carries a course completion certificate, not the badge.
The three specialisation badges are the prerequisite for the future Heart iQ Facilitator Certification apprenticeship. That apprenticeship is not currently open, and certification is always an optional path.
Online preparation and practice
Begin with the live virtual retreat, then continue through Mastery Facilitator Edition or the complete Circle Work Facilitator Training before choosing the immersion closest to the work you are called to hold.

Responsibility belongs with depth
Heart iQ facilitators work within a published code of conduct, participant agreements, a grievance process and an ethics and safety board. Deep rooms require clear responsibility alongside good intention.
