Heart iQ Mastery · Facilitator Edition
This is the foundation of Heart iQ facilitation, the embodied ground the whole craft rests on. Over 90 days you live the curriculum in your own body and build the regulated, open presence that lets you stay with a room while real material moves through it. The deeper your own ground, the more of who you are a room can feel.
"I've been a therapist for 30 years, and if others like me want to shed the therapist paradigm and move into real heart-centred, transformative work, this is the place to be."
Joyce Lynn Therapist, 30 years
"I can't see how I could do the work in my community, mentoring young men and giving them a sense of purpose and belonging, without using the Heart iQ method. Now I am giving back."
Dan Hartley Heart iQ facilitator
"This training is heart-centred, heart-led and heart-opening. You will laugh. You will cry. But most of all you will deepen in an experience of what it is to truly feel loved, and to love others authentically from your innermost heart."
Priya Mahtani Heart iQ Coach
"If the rain is pouring from the heavens, if a thimble is all you hold up, a thimble is all you will receive."
Christian Pankhurst
How much of that rain you can receive depends on the size of the vessel you hold up, and the same is true of how much you can hold for another person. When you sit with someone in their process, your own state is the instrument. A grounded, regulated, open-hearted presence becomes an anchor that the people in front of you can settle into. A presence that is braced or unsettled passes that on too, even when the words are right. This is why a facilitator does their own work first, and why holding space is a skill you grow in your own body before you ever take it into a room.
Heart iQ Mastery is where you first live this curriculum in yourself.
It is the ground that real facilitation is built on.
These 90 days widen what you can hold, in yourself and then for another,
so that when you come to lead, you are holding from a place that is settled rather than performed.
You know how to hold space. You've trained for it, you teach it, people feel safe with you. And still, there are moments on stage or in the circle when something in you leaves.
A participant's grief touches a place that isn't finished in you. Someone challenges you and you feel yourself contract, manage, perform, smooth it over. You keep facilitating. You look composed. But you've left yourself, and some part of the room feels the tension you're working to hide, even when no one could name it.
Afterwards you might judge yourself for it. Why did I tighten there. Why did I rush past that moment. Why did I take care of everyone and abandon myself to do it.
It isn't a gap in your technique. You have the technique. It's that a younger part of you, often a very young one, is still the one who learned to read the room, manage everyone's feelings, and stay safe by taking care of others. That part is brilliant. It made you good at this work. And it still costs you yourself in the moments that matter most.
You can hold the calm moments, but when someone drops into real intensity you feel yourself either bracing or wanting to jump in and rescue
You reach for technique because you don't yet trust yourself to attune to the field and serve what it is actually asking for
You lose your own centre when a client or group activates you, and you merge with what they feel instead of staying open while they reveal it
You have the heart for this work, but not yet the lived embodiment, the regulated state, and the circle skills that good facilitation rests on
What you're reaching for isn't another model or certificate. It is the embodied capacity to hold yourself, so you can hold others more deeply
The work asks you to feel impacted without being weighed down.
And most of the places where our holding wobbles are the same places
we have not yet met, regulated, or made peace with in ourselves.
So the truest room you will ever hold is your own.
You can hold a steady share, but big emotion in the room still tightens your chest.
You feel the pull to rescue or fix, instead of trusting the person to feel their way through.
When you get triggered while holding, you lose your ground rather than staying open-hearted.
You lean on a plan because feeling the field in real time still feels unfamiliar.
You quietly wonder whether you have done enough of your own work to lead this.
Not because you lack heart.
Because your own nervous system hasn't yet learned to stay settled
while someone else moves through the depths.
You feel responsible for the outcome, rather than partnering with what's emerging.
You leave good intensity alone because you're not sure you can hold it.
You collapse into sympathy when what's called for is to celebrate the aliveness.
You go to the story and the fixing, when the real work is in the body.
You can hold one person, but a whole group field feels like more than you can track.
The quiet ache of knowing you're meant to lead this, without yet knowing how.
Jumping in to soothe what is yours to feel.
Being weighed down by what they feel.
Planning interventions instead of attuning.
Present in form, but not yet settled inside.
You don't lack heart. You don't lack the call. You don't lack care for people.
What you're building is the lived ground to hold what arises.
Until that ground is in your body…
you reach for technique. You brace. You rescue.
Or you merge with what the other person feels.
Heart iQ Mastery is where that ground gets built, in you first.
This work is about staying with yourself while you hold others, in real time. Not in your own process, not on the mat with your eyes closed, but in the live moment when a part of you awakens and the room is watching.
Learning to feel the part stir and still have enough grown-up presence to stay, to pause, to let the silence be there, to not make it bigger than it is, to repair out loud if you need to. So that the regulation your participants borrow from you is real, because you're actually in yourself when you offer it.
Over time you contract less. You perform less. You trust that you can be moved by what happens in the room without being taken over by it. And the people you hold feel the difference, because they're being met by someone who is actually there.
"I started to dare to be 100% authentic again. I can feel great joy in connecting with others from deep within. I feel ALIVE and Natural."
— Mascha Loschmann
Heart iQ is not a method, and it isn't therapy or another round of self-improvement.
It's a living map of four directions of connection, the four ways a system opens or closes in any given moment. As you learn to open in all four yourself, you also gain the eyes to feel where they open or close in the people you hold.
↑ Up: Source
Your capacity to feel connected to something larger, to be held by life, to feel the awe and wonder of existence, even when things fall apart.
↓ Down: Body
Your capacity to feel what's happening inside, sensations, feelings, thoughts. Your connection to the ground, to embodiment, to the earth beneath you.
← In: Receive
Your capacity to let love in from others, to be open enough to receive connection, intimacy, and care without shutting down or pushing away.
→ Out: Express
Your capacity to be authentic, to share all of who you are without holding back, managing, or shape-shifting. To feel safe being true to your own essence.
When any one of these directions is shut down, we compensate for it. We override, or numb, or perform, or quietly withdraw. Heart iQ trains you to open in all four, so you can stay present across the full range of being human, and so you can stay present with whatever someone in front of you is moving through.
"You are me, cleverly camouflaged as you…
We are each other's medicine"
Christian Pankhurst, Founder of Heart iQ
Most personal growth happens in isolation. We reflect, we journal, and we try to process it all on our own.
But there are parts of us we simply cannot see on our own.
Circle is the heart of how this work is led, and it is also where you first learn to be held. It is not about performing, or being fixed, or becoming someone else. It's a relational mirror, a place where who you are is reflected back with honesty and care. As I often say, I don't need to be fixed. I need to be met. Learning to give that to a room begins with receiving it yourself.
You don't need to understand everything you hear here. This is an introduction to the terrain you'll begin to explore during Heart iQ Mastery.
Open S.P.A.C.E is Heart iQ's foundational practice for trauma-informed, attuned group facilitation. It is a somatically anchored sharing space, one where truth arises from the body rather than the mind. It is undirected and unforced, co-created moment by moment from what is alive in the room. It is not about fixing or performing. It is about cultivating a group nervous system of presence and coherence, so that when someone speaks, they are not only heard, they are felt.
Here is what most trainings get backwards. You do not do your inner work now and learn to facilitate later. The five capacities below are the work of Heart iQ Mastery, built in your own body and with your cohort, and they are the same capacities you hold a room with. Your self-leadership is the backbone of your facilitation.
We create safety through tempo. By slowing down we let the body speak, the field settle, and truth emerge gently. Healing happens when things become feelable, and things become feelable when there is space.
We train the capacity to stay with what is, to witness without rushing or reaching to fix. This is the ground all honest facilitation stands on.
We listen with the whole nervous system, becoming available to feel and be felt, to track our impact, and to reflect back with sensitivity and care.
We build a relational field where a person feels not only accepted but belonged, where your truth can touch others and theirs can touch you.
We let truth be shared through more than words, through tone, breath, posture and presence, so that what is felt becomes fully expressed.
Through the weeks of Heart iQ Mastery, Christian's As in Circle, As in Life transmissions unpack what Circle is and how it works, the group dynamics, and the deeper concepts a field rests on, the same ground the Open S.P.A.C.E model is built from.
This isn't a course you watch. It's a practice you live, with real people, real guidance, and a structure that carries both you and the work, the same way clear structure carries any room you hold.
Over 90 days you move through a carefully sequenced journey that deepens your own embodied ground, sharpens the relational skills that holding space rests on, and gives you a felt experience of how a circle and a group field are held. Everything you need is included, and it's yours to keep for life.
Each week works across three integrated pillars, and together they refine the instrument you facilitate with: your own regulated ground, the skills of holding space, and a felt understanding of how a group field is held.
Building Your Own Ground
Your regulated state is the instrument you facilitate with. This pillar builds the grounded, attuned, ventral-vagal presence that becomes a co-regulating anchor for the people you hold. You learn to prioritise cues of safety over cues of danger, in your own body first.
You can only hold others as far as you can hold yourself, so this is the ground the rest of your facilitation rests on.
The Core Skills of Holding Space
This is where you learn to co-regulate: to stay open-hearted and settled while another person tracks and reveals their inner reality, even when what they share triggers something in you. You learn to feel impacted without merging, to stay with someone rather than rescuing them.
You practise the Dare to Share Protocol, real-time tracking, and the difference between holding space and getting weighed down.
The Heart of Heart iQ Facilitation
Circle work is the heart of how this work is led. Here you begin to feel how a group field is held: how to feel a whole field become coherent, how structure and protocols carry the container, and how facilitation is partnering with the field rather than leading the group.
You learn self-regulation, then co-regulation with another, then how a group field settles into tribal regulation.
As your own ground settles, you can stay open while another person is in their process. As your relational skills clean up, you stop rescuing and start truly holding. As you feel how a circle is held, you begin to understand what it means to partner with a field rather than direct it.
Three pillars. One foundation. The ground your facilitation is built on.
Every lesson builds the foundation real facilitation rests on. The practices are broken down clearly, the same way you'll want to break them down when you bring them into your own rooms. Christian is your primary guide through every stage, supported by a handpicked team of senior teachers who show you, by the way they hold the work, what good holding actually looks and feels like.
"Coming from my heart is acceptable. Going back to this state of being has been life altering for me on all kinds of crazy levels. I love the warm fuzzy feelings when leading from my authentic heart centre."
Linda Stewart
Your entire 90-day journey is delivered through an elegant online learning platform. Accessible on desktop, tablet, or phone. Each day, your next lesson unlocks. Each week, your new practices appear.
Daily embodiment practices, printable practice worksheets, and a dedicated community space mean you can live this work daily and start putting the foundational skills into your own hands, wherever you are in the world.
Video lessons average 20 minutes. Practices take 10–30 minutes daily. The commitment is meaningful but sustainable.
Every day for 90 days, a guided embodiment experience is waiting for you. Filmed at real Heart iQ retreats with world-class teachers including Lara, Maanee, Sylvie, and Anastasia.
Choose your practice time, morning or evening, and show up like it's live. No replays. No pausing. No going back. Just you, your body, and a guided invitation to drop in, slow down, and open. This is the daily reps that build the regulated presence you'll one day facilitate from.
By day 90, this isn't a practice you do. It's something that lives in you. A nervous system that knows how to land, how to feel, and how to stay open. The very instrument that holding space asks for.
Z is your own Heart iQ coach, available any time of day. It is trained on the full body of work, the book, the course, and every practice, it runs on the latest AI models, and it answers in Christian's voice.
You can type to Z, or talk with it out loud. In voice mode you have a real conversation, and Z answers in Christian's own voice, in up to 29 languages. Ask it anything. "How do I stay open when someone I'm holding gets triggered?" "What's the difference between feeling impacted and merging?" "How do I work with the field instead of leading the group?"
Z does far more than answer questions, it can practise with you. Let it guide you through the core practices as your buddy, going first and holding the form, then reflecting on where you opened, where you closed, and where you moved into defence. It is a way to keep deepening your own ground between the live calls.
It is there from every page of the course, it remembers your work between conversations when you choose, and it never judges.
The skills land deeper when you have people to practise them with, and people to be held by. Every member joins a living, breathing community of others who feel the same call to this work.
Our buddy matching connects you one-to-one with someone in your timezone who shares your intention, so you always have a partner to practise the relational skills with, both holding and being held.
Create or join a practice circle of any size and meet regularly on Zoom. Each circle gets its own private space to connect, communicate, and coordinate practice sessions around your schedule.
You move through all 90 days alongside a cohort of others walking the same path, in a shared space to connect, practise, and learn alongside fellow practitioners.
Plus a full community feed, the ability to ask questions and share reflections directly inside each lesson, and a search engine that finds anything across the entire course.

"Being Heart Intelligent helps me to choose what to do and what not to do. I can own what is mine and speak and act from my own Truth, and not be a puppet controlled by my thoughts, beliefs, or conditioning, but really be the Real Me. I can now choose to act from forgiveness and compassion, without making anybody or anything wrong. Because of it, I am a better me."
Stephen Comee
Through the 90 days you also gather live, every two weeks, in a space I facilitate. It is a time to be met and heard, to bring your questions, to practise circle and embodiment together, and to feel what it is to be held in a live field, while you watch how a space like this is held.
These gatherings are not a fixed curriculum with a set plan for the week. They are an open, emergent space that meets what the cohort actually needs, shaped by the unique journey of the people in the room. We connect, we practise embodiment and circle work together, and we meet what is alive, in real time, with presence.
⬥ A live gathering every two weeks, included with your place
You live the core curriculum yourself, week by week, the same curriculum that sits beneath this work when it is facilitated. The journey moves in three chapters: embodied safety and tracking, then truth, triggers and defences, then ownership, shadow and the field. Click any week to see its personal, relational, and circle practices, plus the supplemental teachings. A short Getting Started week eases you in, and an integration week carries you across the finish line.
Nothing opens without safety first. You slow everything down and let your body lead instead of your mind, building the foundational skill the whole journey rests on: tracking what's alive in you, moment to moment.
You deepen from sensation into presence, learning to stay embodied while you speak, and to track your relationship to what you're sharing in real time, not just the words.
Tracking goes wider. You learn to feel the living field between people and work with whatever is arising right now, in the present moment, rather than anything rehearsed.
The body holds what we've suppressed. You learn to follow the breadcrumbs from contraction into release, alone, with another, and held by a group, closing the first chapter of embodied safety and tracking.
With safety and tracking in place, you turn toward harder territory: conflict, disappointment, and your own triggers. You map what activates you and learn to stay present with a trigger instead of blaming, attacking, or shutting down.
Everything left unsaid costs you energy and intimacy. You learn the emotional-hygiene practice that turns unspoken truths into repair instead of resentment, the bare facts and their impact, with no story or projection.
You learn to translate even your hardest moments into medicine, and you meet the Dare to Share Protocol, the core communication practice that runs through the rest of the journey.
Meet Stuart, your intelligent energetic defence system, the perimeter that keeps others out and keeps all of you from being expressed. It softens through six qualities: Safety, Trust, Understanding, Awareness, Relaxation and Tenderness. The practice this week is acknowledgement, which lets love land beneath the armour.
Self-responsibility without shame or collapse. You move from acknowledgement into counter-ownership, seeing honestly where you co-create the very dynamics that hurt, and learn to give and receive feedback as care.
You enter the territory of shadow, the parts of yourself you've judged, denied, or exiled, and discover the gold hidden inside what you've refused to feel. The judgements you already carry become a map.
The deepest layer. Naming the thing you most don't want anyone to know, and discovering you still belong, becomes one of the most freeing experiences in the whole programme.
Everything integrates on the mat. Using music and the full range of emotion, you surrender into being witnessed, and discover the meeting point, the third body that emerges when two people fully meet. An integration week then carries you across the finish line.
36 core practice worksheets and over 100 video lessons and supplemental transmissions, structured into a progressive, sustainable daily rhythm.

"I came expecting information. What I found was a place where my whole nervous system could finally exhale. For the first time, I didn't have to perform or prove anything. I just had to show up. And everything shifted from there."
Andrea Mayer
For the cohort beginning Monday 21 September, your place comes with three bonuses, below. All three carry real value, and neither is guaranteed for future cohorts.
A live, in-person retreat, included with your place.
As part of your enrolment you receive a ticket to one of our Love, Relationships & You retreats. This is where the work comes fully into your own body, a 3-day immersion that goes beyond what any screen can offer.
Running Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon, held in intimate, purpose-built retreat spaces. You experience the practices in your own body and, just as valuable for a future facilitator, you witness Christian and the team hold the room live, so you can feel how the work is led.
Two retreats are available to you:
New Eden, Netherlands
1 – 4 October 2026
Casa Sagrada, Colorado
5 – 8 November 2026
Travel and accommodation are separate. See the retreats.
When you join, your partner can take the whole 90 days with you at no extra cost. This is not a bring-a-friend offer, and it is not two for the price of one. It is a place for your partner, the person you are in relationship with, and only they are eligible. Your partner gets their own Hub access, their own daily practice, and their own place in the community, worth a second full enrolment.
What your place is worth
The partner pass and the place at the in-person retreat are offered for the cohort beginning Monday 21 September. Both carry real value, and neither is guaranteed for future cohorts.
Facilitator transmissions from Christian, woven into the weeks of your Heart iQ Mastery journey.
Embedded into the weeks of Heart iQ Mastery, I've recorded a series of facilitator-themed transmissions on the essence of some of the deeper work that happens in Circle. They sit alongside the core curriculum as supplemental training, woven into the journey rather than set beside it.
On the days when you don't have a practice, you go deeper into the facilitation art of Circle and the Heart iQ theory beneath it. What moves in Circle mirrors what moves in life, and what is alive in you moves out through your facilitation, so the personal and the professional keep meeting.
Real people who lived this work in their own bodies first. Many came to deepen their own ground, and found the foundation that changed how they hold others.
We already had a good partnership, but discovering Heart iQ has raised this to a new level, which I could never have hoped for previously. We are both learning to resist the urge to 'fix' each other and it has been incredibly heart opening. After 25 years of marriage, this feels like a new beginning.
I learned how to be myself, how to open and love deeply, how to listen and follow my guidance on a completely different level. I feel equipped for the rest of my life with something no one else can take away from me.
Through Heart Intelligence, I now have the courage to face who I truly am, and yes, I am beginning to accept, appreciate and love that which I see. It is Heart Intelligence which has provided the missing pieces of the jigsaw.
I feel more deeply connected to myself and others than ever before. The ripple effects of Heart Intelligence show up every day in my life, in my actions, thoughts and words. I find myself reaching out more and more, to celebrate big and small moments of joy.
Heart iQ has changed my life in so many ways. It opened my eyes to see clearly, taught me how to fearlessly speak my truth, gave me beautiful friends to share joy and fun, and blessed me with finding love and passion in an amazing new relationship.
I used to be haunted by a crippling sense of loneliness for as long as I can remember, but I no longer feel alone. Heart iQ has given me a community of heart-centred, like-minded people, a true soul family. I have learned to accept myself more deeply than I ever thought possible.
I learned to stop and track. To rest my mind so I can hear, feel, deny or embrace the message of my heart. To share and express what I want and what I need. To be seen and felt in circle.
I started to dare to be 100% authentic again. I can feel great joy in connecting with others from deep within. I feel ALIVE and Natural.
I have more self awareness than I had before and am less critical of others as well as myself. More confidence, more acceptance of who I am, less fear about the future, and more trust in life and myself.
Heart iQ gave me the courage to face my own needs and learn the principle that ALL feelings are acceptable, it's just that some feel better than others, and also to embody what I'd learned. I am so grateful I had the courage to take on Heart iQ.
I thought I was broken. Turns out I just needed a space safe enough for my nervous system to finally let go. The practices gave me something I can return to every single day.
Learning Heart iQ is the clearest form of communication I've ever experienced. When my heart is open and I let it shine, I feel alive and abundance flows. How beautiful, vulnerable and exquisite it is to live life from a place of open heartedness.

Before I could walk this path with others, I had to walk it myself.
I'm Christian Pankhurst, founder of Heart iQ, and I'll be accompanying you through this journey.
My early life was shaped by intensity and a lack of safety, experiences that later showed up as anxiety, panic, and a deep sense of inner disconnection.
What began as a personal search for relief slowly became a deeper inquiry into what helps us stay open, present, and human in connection, especially when things get challenging.
Over the last 20 years, that inquiry has evolved into Heart iQ: a body-based, relational approach to personal and collective healing that's now practised by individuals, couples, and groups around the world.
The work draws from both Eastern and Western traditions, but its heart is simple, creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be real, and supported enough to open.
I don't see myself as someone who fixes or heals others.
My role is to help create the conditions where your own intelligence, capacity, and goodness can emerge.
I'm glad you're here, and I look forward to meeting you in the work.
"Christian Pankhurst knows how to articulate these messages as well as, if not better than I can. He is a profound source of wisdom and depth."

We move through all 90 days together as one cohort, beginning Monday 21 September. This is the embodied ground for your facilitation, and it is yours to keep for life. Enrolment opens for a short window before we begin.
Start with the essentials. More detail is grouped below.
The Heart iQ Mastery is a 90-day cohort where you live the core Heart iQ curriculum in your own body and deepen the embodied ground that real facilitation rests on: your own regulated presence, the relational skills of holding space, and a felt experience of how a circle and a group field are held.
It combines daily video lessons, somatic practices, relational exercises, daily embodiment practice, and group circle work across 12 progressive weeks.
For coaches, therapists, facilitators, and anyone who holds groups, this is where you do the work in your own body, so more of who you are comes through in the rooms you already hold.
We begin together as a cohort on Monday 21 September 2026, and move through all 90 days as one group, from the autumn equinox to the winter solstice.
Because everyone starts on the same day, enrolment opens for a short window before we begin and then closes. Join the waiting list and we'll email you the moment the doors open, with everything you need to take your place.
If you follow the weekly core rhythm, personal, relational, and circle practices, most people spend around 2–3 hours per week with the core videos and practices.
There are also optional supplemental videos released each week. Many people engage with these for around 20–30 minutes a day, but this is entirely optional.
You're encouraged to engage in a way that fits your life, not to keep up with everything.
The Heart iQ Mastery is €997, a one-time payment with lifetime access. It is the embodied ground for your facilitation, and it is yours to keep for life. It includes the full 90-day curriculum, 134+ video lessons, worksheets, daily embodiment, your personal AI coach, and the community.
A 3-month payment plan is also available (€349 × 3). Financial assistance may be available, so reach out to [email protected] if cost is a barrier.
You don't need prior Heart iQ experience, and the practices are introduced step by step. What this asks for is that you already hold space in some form, and that you're ready to meet your own material while you do it.
If holding space is still new to you, or you are at the very beginning of your own inner work, there is gentler ground to stand on first, and that is the honest place to start. Email us and we will point you to it.
Let me be straight with you about what this is and what it isn't. Heart iQ Mastery is the Heart iQ ground the deeper facilitation training is built on. It gives you the core curriculum in your own body and deepens your own capacity to hold space. Completing it does not make you a certified facilitator, and it is not meant to.
Real facilitation of deeper work calls for further training, apprenticeship, and time. If facilitation is calling you, this is the honest first step, and from here you can follow the call into deeper training. Email [email protected] if you'd like to talk about the path beyond Heart iQ Mastery.
The Heart iQ Mastery is a premium signature programme, and enrolment is non-refundable. The moment you join, you receive full, instant, lifetime access to the entire curriculum and all materials.
Because the digital content is delivered to you immediately, at checkout you expressly consent to that immediate access and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital purchases in the EU.
If you have any questions before joining, reach out to [email protected] and we'll help you decide if it's the right fit.
That's completely okay. Life happens. You can slow down, pause, and return when you're ready.
The weekly rhythm is offered as a guide, not a rule. Consistency matters more than speed, and you're encouraged to find a pace that's sustainable for you.
You also have lifetime access to all digital course materials, so there's no rush.
Yes. Heart iQ Mastery runs entirely online, and each day's practice is on-demand, so you can take it whenever suits you, from anywhere in the world. We all move through the same rhythm together as a cohort, and you're never required to be live at a set time to keep up.
Yes. The relational practices are designed to be done with a partner or buddy, and many people find theirs through the Heart iQ community, matched with others on the same path.
You're also never practising alone. Z, your Heart iQ AI coach, can be your practice partner: be guided through the core practices step by step in voice, then reflected back on where you opened, closed, or moved into defence. It's a way to keep deepening between the live gatherings.
Heart iQ Mastery is the foundation and the initiation, not the end of the road. If you want to go further, a few doors open from here:
There's no pressure. Heart iQ Mastery is a complete journey on its own, and it gives you the ground to know honestly whether facilitation is yours to follow.
Heart iQ works at the level of the nervous system, not just the mind. Many experienced coaches, therapists, and facilitators report that it gave them the missing piece: not more technique, but the regulated, embodied ground that lets them stay open while someone is in deep process.
If you've done years of inner work and training but your own system still braces or merges when a room gets charged, this addresses exactly that ground.
You build the foundational skills underneath good facilitation, your own regulated presence, the skill of holding space, real-time tracking, and a felt sense of how a circle and a group field are held. You also take tools into your own rooms, including the Dare to Share Protocol and Heart iQ Tracking.
This is the foundation, not a certification. It builds your own capacity to hold space. Deeper facilitation of this work calls for further training and time, and Heart iQ Mastery is the honest first step on that path.
There's no expectation to push yourself beyond what feels right. This journey is built around choice and self-responsibility, the same ground you'll one day offer the people you hold.
Depth tends to emerge naturally when people feel safe and supported, not because they're forced.
Still wondering something? Tap the gold chat icon in the bottom-right corner and we'll get back to you.
This is more than another course to get through. It's the foundation under good facilitation: your own regulated, embodied presence, the skills of holding space, and a real felt sense of how a circle is held.
If facilitation has been quietly calling you as you've read this, take that seriously. Heart iQ Mastery is the first step, and it is an honest one. It builds your ground and your skills, and from there the call can be followed into deeper training and time in the work.
Wherever you are starting from, whether you already hold groups, coach, teach, or sit with people one to one, or you are simply feeling the pull to lead this work, this is where you begin.
You don't need to have it all worked out. You only need to be willing to begin, in your own body first.
I look forward to meeting you in the work.
