The conversation circles the wound
You can name what is happening, but insight does not create the lived experience the body is waiting for.

A client may understand their pattern and still be unable to change what happens when another nervous system comes close. A group may contract around one person, yet the real movement belongs to everyone in the room.
Circle Work teaches you to notice the field between people. You learn to work with relationship, attention, belonging and the impulses that are difficult to reach through conversation alone.

Sound familiar?
You can name what is happening, but insight does not create the lived experience the body is waiting for.
You sense contraction, projection or unspoken tension, but do not yet know how to restore coherence without controlling the room.
You work harder than the people you are guiding because nobody taught you how responsibility can be shared by a field.
Your present range limits how far you can accompany someone. You want a deeper embodied capacity, not another technique to perform.

Why a group changes what is possible
An old imprint begins to change when a person is met differently in the place they once expected to be abandoned, overwhelmed or unseen.
In a carefully held group, attention becomes part of the medicine. The facilitator is not manufacturing an outcome. They are helping the room stay coherent enough for something honest to be felt, received and completed.
“A wound does not stay a wound once it finally meets a corrective experience.”
The three-day journey
Each day combines selected footage from a previous facilitator training with Christian teaching live, pausing the room, explaining his choices and guiding you into practice.
Learn how a group nervous system forms, how to establish a culture of care, and how to remain connected to yourself while tracking the whole room.
Practise attunement, titration and repair. Learn when a person needs an intervention, when they need more time to receive, and when your presence is enough.
Work with the moments when a group contracts, emotion rises and the field needs coherence. Learn how corrective experience is supported, completed and harvested.
This is not a webinar
Enter a real training room. Watch selected facilitator-training sessions where the field, choices and consequences are visible.
Pause with Christian. He will explain what he is tracking, why he intervenes and what he deliberately leaves alone.
Practise in small groups. Try the principles with enough structure to learn, without being asked to perform expertise you do not yet have.
Integrate and ask. Bring your real questions into the live Q&A and leave each day with something you can use.

Who this room is for

Your facilitator
Christian founded Heart iQ after years of studying what allows people to become more truthful, connected and free in relationship. Since 2002 he has led hundreds of retreats and trained coaches, therapists and facilitators around the world.
His gift is not simply taking a process deep. It is making the invisible dynamics in a room visible, then teaching practitioners how to respond without replacing attunement with technique.
“I want you to see what I see in the room, while learning to trust the way this work wants to move through you.”
The first Academy threshold
This virtual retreat stands on its own. You will leave with a clearer map of the group field, practical structures and direct experience of the work.
For practitioners ready to go further, Healing in Tribe is the two-week residential immersion at New Eden. It is where this foundation becomes supervised craft through advanced process work, live hot seats and the depth of living inside the field together.
