About This Retreat
A deep dive advanced retreat into Heart iQ circle work. Seven days of guided facilitation, somatic practices, and transformational group work, held in a container of extraordinary depth and trust.
This is not a retreat you attend to learn about yourself. It is a retreat where you practise being yourself, fully, honestly, and without armour, in the company of others doing the same.
