April's Update: Reflecting & Recharging

A Personal Update from Devon - Exploring Connections, Transitions, and New Beginnings

Here's a summary of the key points from my personal livestream update:

  • Current Location and Activities: I'm currently in Devon, UK, staying close to my parents. I'm taking this time to rest and rejuvenate, especially enjoying the natural surroundings along the Jurassic Coast.
  • Recent Travels and Workshops: I've just returned from the U.S. where I conducted a Somatic Shadow and Circle Work facilitator training in Colorado at Sunrise Ranch. It was a deeply fulfilling experience, and I loved every second of engaging with the group there.
  • Upcoming Events: I'm excited about the upcoming facilitator training in Glastonbury next week, where I'll be supporting Rachel Rickards. We're diving into module two of our year-long "Field" program focused on group dynamics and attunement.
  • Professional and Personal Insights: I'm gearing up for transformative changes and events at New Eden and within Heart iQ. I'm also preparing to host several events in June, including a Heart iQ Circle Work Facilitator Training, which is something I'm particularly passionate about.
  • Community Engagement and Offers: There's an upcoming work exchange at New Eden, where participants can contribute labor in exchange for participation in a retreat. This is a great opportunity for community building and personal development. Reach out to support@heartiq.com if you're interested.
  • Reflections on Life and Work: I feel blessed in my career, able to impact lives while doing what I love. However, I'm also contemplating more personal life goals, like settling down and starting a family, which highlights my desire to balance professional endeavors with personal happiness.

Thank you for listening to all of this. As always, I welcome your questions and look forward to our continued connection. Take care, and I'll speak to you very soon.
