Step 1: Enrol intotheHeart iQ Circle Work Facilitator Training.

Step 2: Spend Time in Circle and Do Your Own Shadow Work

The path to becoming an impactful Heart iQ Facilitator begins with your own journey of embodied leadership and deep inner transformation.

This is a critical part of your education as a skilled professional and is required for your Level 2 or 3 training.

Step 4: The Heart iQ Hot Seat Training: A Masterclass in Real-Time Facilitation

The Heart iQ Hot Seat Training is a transformative next step in the journey of becoming a Heart iQ facilitator. Designed for those who have already received a deep imprint of the work and are ready to refine their skills, this unique apprenticeship places facilitators directly in a co-leadership role alongside Christian Pankhurst, founder of Heart iQ.

Set in the immersive environment of New Eden, this training brings facilitators into a real-world setting where they guide live groups with real participants, receiving real-time feedback, supervision, and mentorship. Through the profound practice of hot seats, facilitators engage in step-by-step facilitation of group dynamics, pausing to study and explore the energetic and relational dynamics as they unfold. This personalized and interactive method offers unparalleled education in group facilitation, trauma-informed leadership, and nervous-system-aware practices.

Participants often describe the learning experience as “second to none,” gaining insights and skills they’ve never encountered elsewhere. This stage not only deepens their mastery but also opens the door to a richer, more profound connection to their mission as leaders and facilitators.

Step 5: The Heart iQ Fieldwork Integration Phase: Bringing the Work to Life

The final stage of the Heart iQ Facilitator Journey is the Heart iQ Fieldwork Integration Phase, a powerful bridge between training and full certification. This phase invites facilitators to take their learning beyond the training environment and into the real world, applying the principles and practices of Heart iQ within their own communities.

During this phase, facilitators step into leadership independently while continuing to receive structured support. They are encouraged to host events, co-facilitate, and run their own Heart iQ workshops or circles, integrating the tools and insights they’ve developed throughout their training. To ensure readiness, facilitators document their work through video recordings for assessment and evaluation.

This phase allows facilitators to refine their craft in real-world scenarios, bridging the gap between training and mastery. By the end of the Field Integration Phase, facilitators will have demonstrated their ability to create transformative spaces with skill, integrity, and alignment to the Heart iQ mission. They will then be fully certified and recognised as Heart iQ Facilitators, equipped to lead others into profound connection and transformation.
