Delete Your Data
Your information is yours. Here is exactly how to have it removed.

Delete your account yourself
Open the Heart iQ app, sign in and go to Settings, then choose Delete my account. If you use the website, email us using the address below. Deleting your account removes your profile, your posts and comments, your messages, your practice history, and your course progress. It happens immediately and it cannot be undone.
Ask us to delete it
You do not need an account to make this request. Email connect@heartiq.org from the address you gave us, or tell us which address and phone number to look under, and we will delete what we hold. We answer within 30 days and usually within a few days.
WhatsApp and email messages
To stop WhatsApp messages from us, reply STOP to any of them, or block the number. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message. Both take effect straight away.
Stopping messages and deleting them are different things. If you also want the conversation itself removed from our records, say so in your request and we will delete it.
What we have to keep
Two things survive a deletion request, and we would rather say so plainly than surprise you.
Financial records. Invoices, payments and refunds are kept for as long as tax law requires, which is seven years in the Netherlands. We cannot delete these on request.
Your do-not-contact entry. If you have asked us never to contact you, we keep your email address on a suppression list. Deleting that record would mean we no longer knew to leave you alone.
Everything else goes. Where a record must be kept, it is kept for that purpose only and is never used to market to you.
Who holds your data
Heart iQ Network LLC, 9450 SW Gemini Dr, Beaverton, OR 97008, United States, and New Eden B.V. for retreats at the Dutch venue. Which one applies to you, and the full detail of what we collect and why, is in our Privacy Policy.
